Ideally your leadership team — up to three people beyond yourself. The Alignment Delta is most meaningful when it captures multiple perspectives. If it's just you, the report is still useful, but the gap analysis will be directional rather than measured.

You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes with a link to book your 45-minute intake call. After that call, I'll send the full assessment link for you and your team. Payment first, then the call, then the assessment — in that order.

The full Assessment is 67 questions completed by you and your team, includes an intake conversation, and produces a written report specific to your organization.
